Over the last year Network West has been a partner in an exciting project funded by ACFE to assist training providers to strengthen themselves in the lead up to the Skills Victoria reforms.

Network West partnered with five Neighbourhood Houses in Moonee Valley and Melbourne on a Shared Services Project.

This was started because of a need to work collaboratively particularly in 'back of house' operations. The project has explored feasibility and models for sharing services as well as a very practical 'courting' process of building relationships within this group of organisations.

The project is winding up, not with a fat document for your shelf, but with a very user friendly and information pack 'wiki' website to provide everyone with the learnings of this project.
